ACCOUNT AND MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

CAN I RENT ANY LOCKER?

Currently the club does not allow for any locker rental. All Lockers will be updated and renewed soon.

DOES THE CLUB OPERATE ON A FIXED SCHEDULE?

Mercury Club mostly operate on a fixed schedule; first (“1st”) day of every new year, the gym will be closed, and our schedule will be updated depending on holidays and lastly due to national events taking place at proximately, therefore the club might adjust its schedule.

DO MEMBERS HAVE A DISCOUNT ON THE COURTS?

All Mercury Club members are not granted discount on any court of the club.

DO YOU OFFER BUNDLE PROGRAMS FOR GROUPS?

Joint Programs are offered for group members of different ages and different activities/academies.

AM I ELIGIBLE TO USE THE FACILITY PRIOR TO ENROLLING?

Once the tour around the club is done, the guest is entitled to use the facility only once.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY PROFILE INFORMATION?

You can update your profile at any time by referring to the Sales Support who has assisted in your enrollment along any other requests.

WHO CAN I CONTACT IF I HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT MY CURRENT BALANCE?

Please refer to the Sales Support who has assisted you in your enrollment. (All Mercury Club members will be able to check their current balance soon on Mercury Club Mobile App once its available).

HOW DO I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Please refer to the Rules and Regulation of the club for further details.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FREEZING AND CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP?

A freeze is appropriate when you know approximately how long you will be gone. For example, if you will be away on business for three months, or your doctor feels your injury should be healed in less than six months, a freeze is the option you should choose. Remember, if you are requesting a medical or pregnancy freeze, we will need medical documentation.
